What we are looking for:
We are looking for candidates who are final year students, new graduates or have a maximum 6 months of professional experience with a passion for sales development who wants to be a part of a fast-growing startup
As a Graduate Sales development Representative, you will be responsible for proactively creating new business opportunities and developing relationships with a range of prospective clients. This is thus a crazy time for customer acquisition and we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to double that growth in the global markets
Constantly networking, on the lookout for a company to take your business to, this is a perfect role for someone confident at communicating with everyone they meet.
What you’ll do:
- Generate new business through Outbound B2B and B2B2C prospecting, via various channels; email, social, video, events and phone.
- Identify, map and penetrate Sales Accounts
- Connect internally with the Founder and Product team to feedback insights and enable your own outreach.
- Qualify and convert Inbound Leads on your own Discovery calls
Job requirements:
- No experience, just evidence of high performance
- You are graduated with a Master/Bachelors degree in Business School or University
- You ideally have a first experience in SDR or Sales (internship / apprenticeship) and are looking for your first full-time job.
- You are passionate about business development, you love challenges
- You are a quick learner, very curious with a track record of ownership
- You have a fluent or native level in English
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, and communication skills
- Desire to use your initiative, earn, learn and ask tonnes of questions
